The CTO who couldn't be bothered
Call me a bigot, but I just can't respect a CTO who, in professional correspondence, writes "can U send it 2 me?".

(acronymfinder.com gives all kinds of interpatations - the most reasonable one seems to be Chief Technology Officer... sure hope it's not a Corrections Training Officer)
