Goodbye to all that
Two days ago, I submitted my letter of resignation to the executive committee of the Israeli Role-Playing Society. I wrote a few words about it (Hebrew) in the Society's public forum.

Current Mood: calm
Current Music: Lou Reed -- The Kids

Why? It's time to move on. Too young am I to waste this summer night...

briefly: it's no longer as fulfilling as it very much used to be; there are a dozen things I'm more inclined to do with the precious few hours I have each week to devote to hobbies; leaving now would no longer shake the society as it probably would have had I left two or three years ago.

בשינויים בחייך. הערכתי נתונה לך על האומץ והכנות שבהחלטה. גם קצת עצוב.

Thanks. I'm enjoying every minute of my life these days; I think that's a good sign.

Hi Asaf. I salute you that you were brave enough to take that step. Sometimes a person feels that his order of priorities must change, but it's difficult to shift away from the old patterns. If it matters to you, I think you made the right decision. With the way your life has changed lately, it looks inevitable.
