Today I have eaten spinach for the first time in twenty-three years. It was nice!

It's funny how that works. Just last week I ate broccoli for the first time since I was a kid, and found that it wasn't that bad. I still don't like the smell, but the taste didn't bother me at all. I wonder if that means I'm a grown-up now. I'm not sure I like that...

I'm telling you for years -
spinach is not a conspiracy vegetable;
it's just really good.

I like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and eggplants.
I always felt like I was missing something.

Brussel Sprouts are still out, though.

No way!

I like 'em all. It's just a matter of how (or with what) you cook them.

Hey, congrats!

Vegeetables are wonderful (just about all of them, I think) - and so pretty, when cooked. (I miss having you withing cooking distance.)
