Minor improvement of Project Ben-Yehuda's home page layout. Certainly not a final design, mind you, but hey, it beats the old version, I think. We'll keep improving this in the coming months, as part of a grand re-haul of the site.

What do you think about it?

Also, finally got the August update up, in record delay of nine days. Oof.

i'm playing with JS (right now actually), u didn't tell me eventually what was it that u needed. J said something about pop up menus.
Let me know, i'll see if i can do something to help.

Very nice. One comment, though: as much as I appriciate your credit-giving, the logo is not the right place for credits. I strongly suggest you'd lower this credit to the footer, or collect all credits in one page.

"English FAQ" looks very out of place. Suggestion: make lefmost item, and bold face (as the rest of the line).

העיצוב נחמד מאוד!

עכשיו כשיש לי זמן, הייתי רוצה להתנדב עוד. האם אתה רוצה שאמשיך להקליד את סיפורי "ויהי היום" של ביאליק? יש לי גם ספרים של שלום עליכם, רק תגיד מה אתה רוצה שאעשה.

האם הזיווג המשמח בין בן-יהודה לשנקר הוא שהוליד לפתע יו"ד נוספת בתיבה "פרויקט" או שמא מדובר בשיבוט? כך או כך, הקטנטנה כבר הספיקה לשכפל את עצמה גם בהפניה בתחתית העמוד, בעוד הקישורית המקבילה שבראשו עדיין דבקה בכתיב המקובל.
אולי זה הזמן לומר שאשמח לרתום את אובססיית ההגהה שלי גם לטקסטים ארוכים יותר מעמוד הבית (ברנר, נניח?), אבל זה יתאפשר רק בעוד כמה שבועות, אחרי שאפטר מכמה מטלות מקצועיות דחופות. אתה מוזמן להפנות אותי בינתיים לרשימה של סיפורים שמחכים להגהה.

ברכות והצעה לשיפור

ברכות על החידוש, אבל אם יורשה לי, תשקול לשנות את העיצוב של הבוקסה הירוקה בעמוד הראשי.
ההפרדה בין שמות היצירות ושם היוצר (באמצעות קו אנכי) מבלבלת למדי.
כשאני קורא עמודה ומגיע לקו אנכי, העין שלי קופצת אוטומטית לשורה הבאה, ואז לא ברור לי מי כתב מה.

הצעה אלטרנטיבית:

שם המחבר, אופי הטקסט: פירוט.
י"ל פרץ, סיפורים: שהשמחה במעונו; גלגולו של ניגון; בין שני הרים; שיחת חסידים; וכו'
