Jethro Tull

Saw Jethro Tull perform last night. This is the second time I get to witness their magic, the first being in their J-Tull Dot Com tour in 2000.

They gave a lovely performance, struck a reasonable balance between the timeless material and their latest stuff (from Tull's new Christmas Album and Anderson's latest solo Rupi's Dance), and exhibited great energy and humor on stage. We had excellent seventh row seats, too.

It's too bad Anderson's lost his voice and can't sing properly any more. I think I shall try some Martin Barre solo material.
