Re: Proof that the adjective "wanky" may also be applied to women:
Your English is very good. Should I think highly of Kyrgyzstani schools?

Thank you also.
Sadly, I speak only English (not counting what litle French I've been trying to improve.) I am not really from Kyrgyzstan. I'm from central New York, which is much less of a conversation starter. As a matter of fact, Ling Tso isn't my real name; it's just one of my tamer aliases. I've been Eliot George, Delores Delay, Norma DePlume, Polly Andrews (which isn't even true), and the palindromic Dr. Awkward.
You may still think highly of Kyrgyzstani schools, if you wish. Just don't base your opinion on anything I've said. Your English ain't half bad itself, to say the least. Did you pick it up as a small child?
P.S. Have you read Falkner's The Sound and the Fury? I just started it, and can't put it down.
P.P.S. If we ever by some bizarre coincidence run into each other, we must arrange an impromptu staging of No Exit, which you seem to have enjoyed. We can take two roles each if necessary. Dibs on the valet.
