A Modest Request
In the coming ten hours, I must:
  • prepare Greek homework
  • Prepare Latin homework + study for the quiz
  • Make progress with my notes for the Iliad, book five
  • Read at least two articles for Prof. Ben-Porat's seminar
I charge you, LJ friends, to demand of me by the end of the night which of these, if any, I have accomplished.

bottom line: Predictably, I've only managed two of the items. Suck suck suck. But I did get to meet some old friends I haven't seen in a while, like fishberg, ghostwheel, among other people I see more of, at spelljammer's birthday party. And had some fun conversations, too.

I'm a meeting in TAU at noon Tuesday. We can play in the morning before that.

I have a class on Tuesday at 12:15, and I must be post-shower by then. Does the Squash center have usable showers, do you think?

Thursday might be more leisurely, but I might want to use that morning for woik, depending on how many hours at L-O I can squeeze throughout the week. I lean towards Tuesday. Let's try that.

I didn't plan to come to my noon meeting unshowered, myself :)

The sports center has adequate facilities. If you think you can start chasing balls at 10am, we can have a nice game on Tue...

(In England I had a weekly date for Squash on Fridays... at *nine*!)

Yeah, Greek went well today. And Latin was a breeze, too, there was just a lot of it (two weeks' worth of homework). Besides, I am king of procrastination and sloth. Would have shown you my certificate but I was too lazy to ever go and receive it.

I have just sent J to help you an hour ago, I hope he is helpful.

We have discussed the Opera show, and it will be in about two weeks from now.
We might use J's projector and music system for that.
